I have over 40 years experience  in Chiropractic, Acupuncture and Homeopathy. In Chiropractic I use the following techniques: Gonstead and Sacro Occipital Techniques. I also offer gentle exercise: Feldenkrais and Hatha Yoga.

Here are 4 tips to keep your Nervous System in perfect harmony and therefore, your body healthier and stronger:

1.Decrease the stress in your life: stress promotes the secretion of damaging hormones such as cortisol and adrenalin. Review your daily routine and look for non-essential activities that you can drop and consider widening you time frame on any current projects in order to decrease the pressure you are perhaps putting yourself under.

2.Avoid stimulants e.g. excessive caffeine, nicotine and psychoactive drugs: these over-excite and fatigue your nervous system.

3.Take good care of your spine: have regular chiropractic check up and do regular exercise e.g. Hatha yoga, Feldenkrais, Tai-chi etc. It will improve your health and your posture and therefore it will keep your nervous system healthy.

4.Meditate Daily: to produce the powerful brain states known as alpha and theta that rejuvenate your brain and allow it to rest properly. Meditation can easily be incorporated into your daily routine and you can reap the health benefits with as little as 15 minutes per day.
